The Azul ITPW is a one piece accessory option for our Genesis, hadron, and upcoming Infinity surgical positioning systems. It moves with the patient to lithotomy. The design allows for support of the head, neck, and shoulders, while allowing natural gravity dependent shifting during transition to Trendelenburg. This serves to reduce compression of the neck, as well a brachial plexus injures resulting from shoulder restrictions. This is the perfect accessory option for bariatric patients.
